Do I need an account to purchase?

No, you don’t need an account to shop. However, by registering and subscribing to our newsletter you’ll get many benefits, such as saving favorite products, managing orders and invoices, adding multiple delivery addresses, and other features that make your future purchases faster.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. To cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 776 511 136 or info@wepack.cz.

How can I check my order status?

We’ll inform you about the progress of your order by email. Registered customers can also track the status in their customer account.

Where can I find my invoice?

We send it by email after dispatch and also store it in your customer account.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Yes, if they haven’t been dispatched yet.

Shipping and Delivery

What delivery options are available?

Personal pickup – reservation is valid for 3 business days from notification. After this period, the goods will be released for sale.
C courier service (PPL, GLS) – prices follow the carrier’s current price list and may vary.
Our own delivery – in Prague free for orders over CZK 3,000 excl. VAT.
Outside Prague – retail customer orders are delivered free for all delivery types from CZK 7,000 excl. VAT.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–3 business days within the Czech Republic.

How much does delivery cost?

The price depends on weight and the chosen carrier. You’ll see the exact price in your shopping cart. The price list is also available here: Shipping and Delivery Options.

Do you deliver abroad?

Currently, courier services deliver only within the Czech Republic. Abroad we deliver only with our own transport after prior arrangement.

What should I do if the parcel is damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it. The shipment will automatically be returned to us.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

- Online card payment
- Cash payment upon personal pickup
- Bank transfer – for retail customers: goods are dispatched only after payment is received
- Cash on delivery – pay directly to the courier upon receipt
- Invoice payment with due date – only for verified and loyal customers

Is card payment secure?

Yes, we use a secure payment gateway with 3D Secure protection.

Do you offer deferred payment?

Yes, for our verified wholesale customers we offer invoice payment with due date by individual agreement.

Returns and Complaints

How can I return goods?

Please send or personally deliver the returned goods within 14 days to: ST23, Libušská 319/126, Libuš, 142 00 Prague.

When will I get my money back?

We usually refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods.

How do I claim defective goods?

Pack the goods securely, mark the package with “COMPLAINT” and include:
- a copy of the purchase receipt
- a detailed description of the defect
- your contact details (address, phone, email)
If the goods are defective, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

Can I claim only part of an order?

Yes, send us detailed information about the damaged part. After verification, we will issue a return document for the part of the order you wish to claim.

Are your packaging products safe for food?

Our packaging is fully certified and tested according to EU standards. We guarantee quality and can provide Declarations of Conformity and other certificates upon request.

Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?

Yes, our paper and plastic products are recyclable. BIO products are fully biodegradable and compostable.

How do I know if packaging is suitable for hot food?

Paper products are suitable for both cold and hot meals up to 100 °C. Plastic lids: PET is for cold only, PP is for both hot and cold. Other plastic and BIO products are suitable for cold and warm food.

Do you have microwave-safe packaging?

Yes, paper bowls and PP lids are microwave-safe. PET plastic is intended for cold food only.

Are lids universal?

Some lids fit multiple types of bowls, others are designed for a specific type only.

Wholesale and Custom Offers

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We provide individual price lists for our loyal and wholesale customers. Prices depend on the length of cooperation and the order volume – the more you buy, the better prices and discounts you’ll receive.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We provide volume discounts for new or one-time customers. Wholesale and loyal customers already enjoy discounted prices.

Do you provide custom printing?

Yes, we offer custom printing on paper bags from 3,000 pcs and on other paper products from 30,000 pcs per product.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, upon agreement. We deliver with our own transport or ship after prior arrangement.

Is deferred payment possible?

Yes, for our verified wholesale customers we offer deferred payment by individual agreement.
