Payment options
Choose the payment method that suits you best. We offer fast online payment for smaller orders, bank transfer, cash payment for personal pickup and cash on delivery.
We automatically send the invoice or tax document by e-mail after receiving the payment, or when the order is dispatched, depending on the selected payment method.
Bank transfer payment
A suitable option for customers who want to pay for their order by standard bank transfer or easily via a QR code.
Prepayment by bank transfer
- You will receive the payment details by e-mail after completing your order.
- You can also pay conveniently by scanning the QR code in your mobile banking app.
- Please use your order number as the variable symbol/payment reference.
- We dispatch the order after the payment is credited to our account.
Bank transfer with invoice due date
- Invoice payment with a due date is available for approved wholesale partners.
- The invoice can be paid by standard bank transfer or easily using a QR code.
- The invoice due date is set individually by prior agreement.
- This payment method is especially suitable for regular B2B purchases.
Condition: For new customers, the first order may be required to be paid in advance.
Cash payment
A simple payment option for personal pickup at our Prague branch.
- You pay in cash when collecting the goods.
- Suitable for customers who pick up their order in person.
- We reserve the goods for you for 3 working days.
- You will receive the invoice or receipt by e-mail.
Personal pickup

Benefit: Fast pickup without waiting for carrier delivery.
Online card payment
A fast way to pay for smaller orders directly in the checkout through a secure payment gateway.
- The order is confirmed immediately after a successful payment.
- The payment is processed securely through a payment gateway.
- Suitable for fast processing and dispatch of smaller orders.
- No need to wait for a bank transfer to be credited.
Condition: Online card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available only for orders up to CZK 2,000 or EUR 80.
Cash on delivery
You pay when receiving the shipment from the carrier.
- Payment is made upon delivery of the shipment.
- Depending on the carrier’s options, you can pay in cash or by card.
- Suitable for customers who do not want to pay in advance.
- The order can be dispatched without waiting for a bank transfer.
Condition: Cash on delivery may be charged according to the current shipping price list and selected carrier.
Individual payment terms
For regular wholesale customers, we can offer individual invoice due dates, purchase terms and a more convenient payment method for recurring orders by prior agreement.
