We deliver ordered goods throughout the Czech Republic to the address of your choice. If the goods are in stock, we usually ship within 3 working days from receiving the order.

If an item is not in stock, we will promptly inform you via email, SMS, or phone call and provide the actual delivery date.

Before accepting the shipment, please check the integrity of both the packaging and the product itself. In case of damage, we recommend not accepting the goods. An invoice (tax document) is included with every shipment.

🏬 Personal Pickup

• Possibility of personal pickup at our branch ST23, Libušská 319/126, Prague 4 – Libuš.
• The advantage is saving on shipping costs and independence from the carrier’s schedule.
• You will be notified by SMS or email when your order is ready for pickup.
• The reservation is valid for 3 working days from notification. After this period, the goods will be released for free sale at the current prices listed on our e-shop www.wepack.cz.
