When shopping on our e-shop Wepack.cz, you can choose from several convenient and secure payment options. Pick the one that suits you best.

ℹ️ Invoices (tax documents) are sent by e-mail after payment or shipment confirmation.

Below is an overview of all available payment methods:

Fast and secure payment directly during checkout.

  • Your order is confirmed immediately after successful payment.
  • Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

✅ 2️⃣ Cash Payment at Pickup

For customers who prefer to pick up orders in person:

  • Pay in cash directly upon collecting your order.
  • Pickup address: ST23, Libušská 319/126, Prague 4 – Libuš.
  • We’ll notify you by SMS or e-mail when your order is ready.
  • Reservations are valid for 3 business days after notification.

✅ 3️⃣ Bank Transfer

A safe and convenient method — no cash needed.

  • After completing your order, you’ll receive an e-mail with bank transfer details.
  • Please include the order number as a payment reference.
  • Once payment is received, we’ll dispatch your order and issue an invoice.

✅ 4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

Perfect for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery:

  • Pay directly to the courier upon receiving your parcel.
  • Cash payment (or other options depending on the carrier).
  • You can check the package before paying.

For long-term business partners, we also offer payment by invoice with a due date.
