When shopping on our e-shop Wepack.cz, you can choose from several convenient and secure payment options. Pick the one that suits you best.

ℹ️ Invoices (tax documents) are sent by e-mail after payment or shipment confirmation.

Below is an overview of all available payment methods:

✅ 1️⃣ Online Card Payment

Fast and secure payment directly during checkout.

We accept standard debit and credit cards.
Your order is confirmed immediately after successful payment.
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

✅ 2️⃣ Cash Payment at Pickup

For customers who prefer to pick up orders in person:

Pay in cash directly upon collecting your order.
Pickup address: ST23, Libušská 319/126, Prague 4 – Libuš.
We’ll notify you by SMS or e-mail when your order is ready.
Reservations are valid for 3 business days after notification.

✅ 3️⃣ Bank Transfer

A safe and convenient method — no cash needed.

After completing your order, you’ll receive an e-mail with bank transfer details.
Please include the order number as a payment reference.
Once payment is received, we’ll dispatch your order and issue an invoice.

✅ 4️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

Perfect for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery:

Pay directly to the courier upon receiving your parcel.
Cash payment (or other options depending on the carrier).
You can check the package before paying.

ℹ️ Information for Wholesale Partners

For long-term business partners, we also offer payment by invoice with a due date.

Available upon prior agreement.
