Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can order without registration. However, registration makes future purchases easier – you get an overview of your orders, invoices, favourite products and can save multiple delivery addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been dispatched or prepared for personal pickup. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at 776 511 136 or by e-mail at info@wepack.cz and include your order number.

How can I check the status of my order?

We will keep you informed about your order by e-mail. You can also check the order status in your customer account or via the My order page, where you enter your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase.

Where can I find my invoice?

We send the invoice by e-mail after the order has been processed. Registered customers can also find it in their customer account. If you cannot find your invoice, contact us and we will be happy to send it again.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Yes, if the orders have not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will try to combine them into one shipment. However, combining orders depends on their current processing status.

Shipping and delivery

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer several delivery options depending on the order type and delivery address:
Personal pickup – at our branch ST23, Libušská 319/126, Libuš, 142 00 Prague. The reservation is valid for 3 working days from the notification that the order is ready.
PPL / GLS courier service – suitable for standard shipments throughout the Czech Republic.
Our own delivery in Prague – available for selected orders.
Free delivery across the Czech Republic – orders from CZK 3,000 including VAT are currently shipped free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

We try to prepare in-stock goods as quickly as possible. Orders received by 12:00 are usually prepared on the same working day.

With PPL, the shipment is usually delivered on the next working day after it is handed over to the carrier. With GLS, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days depending on the delivery location and the carrier’s current workload.

How much does shipping cost?

You will always see the exact shipping cost in the cart before completing your order. Orders from CZK 3,000 including VAT are currently shipped free of charge throughout the Czech Republic.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, international delivery is possible by prior arrangement. Smaller shipments are usually sent via PPL in cooperation with the DHL partner network. Larger orders are handled individually – by pallet transport or our own delivery depending on the volume of goods and the delivery destination.

For an individual international shipping quote, please contact us and provide the destination country, approximate order volume and desired delivery date.

What should I do if the package is damaged?

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing it and taking a photo of the damage. If you notice the damage only after accepting the package, contact us as soon as possible and attach photos of the package and goods. This will help us resolve the claim with the carrier faster.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:
Online card payment – fast and secure payment via a payment gateway.
Bank transfer – for retail customers, goods are dispatched after payment is received.
Cash payment – when picking up the order at our branch.
Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the shipment.
Invoice payment with due date – for verified wholesale customers by individual agreement.

Is card payment secure?

Yes, online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. The payment is protected by standard security features, such as 3D Secure verification according to your bank’s settings.

Do you offer deferred payment?

Yes, invoice payment with a due date is available to verified wholesale customers. The due date is set individually and depends on the cooperation history, purchase volume and agreed terms.

Returns and complaints

How can I return goods?

You can start the return process online via the My order page. Enter the order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. You will then receive a link to the order detail by e-mail, where you can select the products you want to return.

After that, send the returned goods to us or deliver them in person within 14 days to our branch address: ST23, Libušská 319/126, Libuš, 142 00 Prague. The goods must be complete, unused and in the original or suitable packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

We refund the money after receiving and checking the returned goods, usually within 5 working days. By law, the refund can be made no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the contract, provided that we have received the goods back or the customer proves that the goods have been sent.

How do I complain about defective goods?

If you received defective, damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wepack.cz. Include the order number, a description of the problem and ideally photos of the goods, packaging or shipping label.

Please pack the claimed goods carefully and mark the package “COMPLAINT”. Include a copy of the proof of purchase, a description of the defect and your contact details. If the complaint concerns defective goods, we will reimburse the justified transport costs to us retrospectively.

Can I complain about or return only part of my order?

Yes, you can complain about or return only part of your order. In the order detail or when communicating with us, please always specify which particular products the return or complaint concerns.

Products and materials

Are the packaging products suitable for food contact?

Yes, our food packaging products are intended for contact with food and comply with the requirements of applicable EU regulations. We will be happy to provide a declaration of conformity or other documents for selected products upon request.

Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?

Yes, our range includes paper, recyclable and selected BIO packaging made from materials suitable for more eco-friendly operations. For each product, we recommend checking the specific material and properties listed in the description.

How do I know which packaging is suitable for hot food?

Suitability for hot food depends on the material. Paper bowls and boxes are generally suitable for hot meals. For plastic packaging, PP is suitable for hot meals, while PET is mainly intended for cold meals. Exact information is always available in the description of the specific product.

Do you offer packaging suitable for microwave ovens?

Yes, some packaging products are also suitable for microwave ovens, especially selected paper bowls and PP products. PET packaging must not be used in a microwave oven. We always recommend following the material and information listed for the specific product.

Are lids universal?

Some lids fit multiple types of bowls or cups, while others are intended only for a specific product. If you are unsure about compatibility, send us the product code or link and we will be happy to recommend the correct lid.

Wholesale and individual offers

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we offer individual wholesale prices for regular customers, restaurants, bistros, cafés, delivery services, shops and other businesses. The discount amount depends on the type of goods, purchase volume and length of cooperation.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, quantity or individual discounts are available for selected products. For regular customers, we can prepare more favourable price conditions based on actual purchase volume.

Do you offer custom printing?

Yes, we offer custom printing for selected paper products. As a guide, paper bags can usually be arranged from approx. 3,000 pcs and other paper products usually from approx. 30,000 pcs per product. Exact options depend on the packaging type and current production availability.

Do you also deliver abroad?
